Tutto. Accoglienza super da Cristiano. Ma tutti sono squisiti. Tutte le persone della reception. La signora che ci ha fatto il checkout di una gentilezza e professionalità estrema. Hotel pulito, profumato. Letto super comodo. Camera nuova. Acqua gratis in camera e nella hall con dolcini sempre a disposizione. Vicino alle metro in quartiere tranquillo. Super collegato a tutto in pochi minuti. Lo sceglierei altre mille volte.

"Ideal pour découvrir Lisbonne au calme"

Hotel bien situé, en centre ville à proximité de 2 des principales lignes de métro dont celle qui dessert l'aéroport. Pour autant quartier tres calme. Chambres petites mais fonctionnelles et très propres. Chambres faites quotidiennement. Petit déjeuner très bien. Accueil assuré 24/7 Personnel aimable, poli, à l'écoute des clients. Mention spéciale à Ju pour sa bonne humeur et ses conseils pour découvrir la ville. Petit déjeuner seulement à partir de 08:00 ce qui est tard pour peu que l'on baroude en dehors de la ville ... mais l'hôtel propose alors (à demander la veille) des paniers à emporter. Bien évidemment, établissement climatisé

Reglage de la température de l'eau de la douche: il faut un peu de temps avant que ça se stabiliser.

"Correct pour un court séjour mais trop excentré."

Nous ne pouvons que féliciter Christiano (accueil) pour son professionnalisme et sa grande gentillesse.

Situation fort excentrée et salle de petit-déjeuner peu agréable. Le lounge annoncé n'est pas accessible.
