Recepção à chegada; comunicação (wi-fi); proximidade dos serviços (estação de metro, lojas, bancos,...), ambiente calmo; limpeza, elevador; TV (apesar de pequenino).

Estado do edifício, apesar de parecer estar em obras; falta de porteiro à entrada; portão destrancado; falta de frigobar privativo; cesto para o lixo no quarto, além daquele balde disponível no wc; falta de guia de TV; por vezes a recepção encontrava-se sem ninguém.
