ADLER Historic Guesthouse is an absolute gem. The location couldn’t be better, right in the historic center and just steps away from the Christmas market, yet calm and peaceful. The room was beautiful, comfortable, and thoughtfully designed, blending historic character with modern comfort effortlessly. The service truly stood out: warm, attentive, and genuinely kind people who make you feel welcome from the first moment. The breakfast was very nice, with high-quality local products that made the morning feel special. The views are lovely, and the rooftop swimming pool is a real highlight, especially after a day walking through the old town and markets. Everything about this stay felt easy, elegant, and well cared for. A place I would happily return to, and warmly recommend to anyone looking for charm, comfort, and a perfect base to explore Brixen and the Dolomites.
