Ein Doppelzimmer und nur eine Sitzgelegenhei geht gar nicht

The location was very convenient and the pool had a great view over the city, although it's much smaller than what it looks like in the pictures.

Definitely the cockroach in the bathroom. Unfortunately on my third night I found a massive cockroach in my bathroom, I was then given a different room but that room had the only window overlooking a small courtyard which meant there was no natural light, this felt like a downgrade in response to a pretty bad situation to begin with. No reimbursement or discount was offered to compensate for this. Overall I found this to be a rather disappointing stay

Vistas preciosas desde arriba del hotel

La habitación,la terraza,las vistas,la limpieza.

No pude aparcar mi coche en el parking porque las plazas son demasiado pequeñas.

la ubicacion de 10, puedes llegar al parking facilmente y desde el hotel moverte por todo el centro de la ciudad

la piscina, un poco escondida y con un acceso estrecho. Está claro que hay que aprovechar el espacio... pero para refrescarse suficiente

Great location next to the park, walking distance from Santa Cruz and main sights like Plaza de Espana. Clean hotel with good basic facilities. The rooftop pool was a nice bonus!

No views from the room. Some noise from the opposite rooms across tiny inner yard. But OK, the World Cup was going on, after all :D

La proximité de l'hôtel est un atout incontestable en plus du personnel qui est aimable et à l'écoute

Au petit déjeuner j'aurais aimé qu'il soit plus varié avec des légumes ( + de fibres et protéines)
