Hotel Alcázar

La ubicación muy buena, cerca de Barrio Santa Cruz y de las principales atracciones.

En la habitación que nos dieron que era pequeña no funcionaba el aire acondicionado. Nos cambiaron a otra habitación luego de insistir ya que nos ofrecían un ventilador.

The pool needs some shade

The staff were friendly. Location is ok, close enough to the center. The rooms were basic and quite small. The rooftop bar is probably the highlight. The view of the Cathedral is really nice at dusk and at night time.

The bathroom was small and slippery. It is easy to get water everywhere. My dad slipped while in the bathtub.I'd skip the breakfast. We tried it and for 16 euros, there was variety but most of the food were bland and nothing really stood out.

The room had some issues that needed to. E repaired, hand held shower broken and loose drain plate in shower, a safety hazard. Brought to their management’s attention.

Location is perfect. Staff were all very helpful and the rooms were modestly styled and comfortable. The rooftop pool area was a good size with a great view and a pool bar serving cocktails and food was a lovely way to spend time when it was too hot to explore. Our rooms also had a great view as pictured.

We had an early flight and I hoped to be able to enjoy the sunrise from the rooftop but it was all locked up. I can understand why from risk perspective so this is a minor -ve.
