La situación y la amabilidad del recepcionista y también las camas y las almohadas

Se echaba en falta una neverita con el calor no sé podía tener agua fresca y que la puerta de la terraza se abre hacia afuera y hay q levantar la persiana hasta arriba para poder salir.
