Overall, almost everything is very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly.

The table is very small; luggage storage charges 2 euros; the electronic keypad lock of the room door doesn't work well every time (it causes a bit of anxiety...)

I have enjoyed the central location of the residence most of all, it was really handy to be around almost every turistic site in 5 min walk. Another thing I liked most is that, employes are friendly and helpful!

it is a bit minor thing but at the peak of the seremonies all of the seville flocked around the cathedrals, it was a bit prickly to go back to the residence, can't be helped.

Libre accès à l'hôtel à l'aide de clés pour la porte d'entrée principale et de la chambre. Hôtel très bien situé proche des rues piétonnes et centres d'intérêt. Bon accueil.

Pas de chauffage (en hiver) dans les toilettes et salles de bain collectives au 1er étage. Celles privatives du RDC sont inconfortables, anciennes mais propres.
