"Convenient location"

When the room we had requested was not available, the hotel upgraded us with no extra cost. They were also very helpful in telling us about the village and what we could expect.

"Great hotel in a very nice town."

The staff at this hotel added a very nice level of enjoyment to our visit to Figeac. The food, the service and the overall pleasant demeanor made it all the more fun for our 2 days. I cannot say enough about the staff at this hotel, if you get the chance to visit the marvelous town of Figeac and can book here sit back and enjoy both. When I return I shall book here again without a second thought.

"Noisy and closed"

This hotel is on a very busy road and should you get a room near the road you will hear a lot of traffic noise that continues throughout the night. However, this was not the worst aspect of my stay. I had booked this hotel as the description included a hotel and bar, yes it does, but they are not open at the weekend? If I had know that, I would have selected another hotel. Not happy at all! I have checked the hotels website but it does not state that the restaurant or bar will be closed at the weekend.

The staff at this hotel was wonderful. I was on crutches the day we arrived. The manager himself came to the train station in the rain to pick us up. The staff was very friendly.

"Pretty good hotel in Figeac"

Quick review ... Location: Nice near the river (I would love to come back in summer and have a beer outside) Room: OK nothing special Restaurant: OK but nothing special Breakfast: Below the average Staff: Nice and helpful Parking: Not enought parking spaces To sum up, you get what you pay for, pretty good option in Figeac.
