A személyzet többsége nagyon kedves.

Cigarettaszagú szoba (212), egész napos szellőztetés sem segített. 3XL méretű köntösök. Utolsó napi fürdőbelépő nincs az árban, a recepción megvehető ugyan, de szekrényt nem tartalmaz, ugyanúgy sorba kell állni a fürdő pénztáránál.

- perfect food, many and many variants for morning and evening - older hotel, but perfectly clean - you can go to Zalakaros bath from your room - in slippers and bathrobe
