Segítőkész személyzet, jól felszerelt wellness részleg, és nagyon jó konyha.
Az első este jeleztük a személyzetnek hogy a klíma nem működik. Fel is jött egy teknikus, viszont nem mondott semmi érdemlegeset. Másnap reggel jeleztük újra, majd délután szintén, és egy másik teknikus elmondta hogy jelenleg a klíma ennyit tud, nem tud hidegebbet, csak keringetni a levegőt.
