Very quiet and relaxing. A wonderful place to unwind and recharge.

It is very unfortunate, but some of the staff at the summer pool bar do not seem suited to their roles. It was obvious that they were unhappy when guests spoke English, even though we are tourists from another country and do not speak Hungarian. They simply did not want to understand us. When I asked for an ice cream and was given the wrong one, they only reluctantly exchanged it for the one we had actually requested, with a visibly dissatisfied expression. I understand that no one is required to speak English, but there should still be a certain level of customer service and courtesy. At the very least, staff could make some effort to understand their guests. However, on the last day of our stay, the staff at the summer pool bar changed, and the difference was like night and day. The service was completely different. The girls were very friendly, attentive, and welcoming, and we had no problem communicating and understanding each other.

Dobrý hotel, dobrá lokalita, výborná kuchyně, příjemný personál.

Nemám připomínky

Na snídani i na večeři velký výběr a kvalitní jídlo.

Škoda že hotel nenabízí i jídlo na oběd a návštěvníci si musí na oběd do města.Taktez pití by melo byt součástí nabídky hotelu v all inclusiv.
