Helikon has to rank as one of the best hotel complexes I have stayed at. Location on Lakeside with dedicated jetty/beach. Suite rooms are comfortable , spacious and well equipped. Wonderful lakeside room views. Very spacious and well equipped everywhere inside and out. Outstanding spa and pools and some superb children’s facilities. Buffet meals were varied and quality.

Can’t think of anything worth mentioning

Parkeer gelegenheid, spa en ligging.

Doordat de kamer (ondanks wel vermeld op boeking) geen balkon had maar de kamer d.m.v. een grote glazen wand wel mooi uitzicht had was het ook erg warm op de kamer. (ondanks airco) Ik had halfpension geboekt. Het avondeten (buffet) was erg goed maar met de prijs die er voor betaald wordt zou een fles water op zijn minst ook bij inbegrepen moeten zijn. (i.p.v. €3,50 per fles)

Personál milý, ústretový, zdvorilý, za nás top. Strava veľmi chutná, rozmanitá, dostatočný výber ovocia, dokonca k dispozícii aj ovocná detská výživa v bio kvalite Izby s balkónmi a krásnym výhľadom na Balaton Sieťka proti komárom na okne. Klimatizácia s jednoduchým ovládaním. Neobmedzený vstup do fitness 24/7, prístup izbovou kartou. Vstup do wellness v rámci otváracích hodín od 8 do 20h. Veľký vnútorný bazén, 2 vnútorné jacuzzi. Saunový svet s rozličným programom 2 veľké slnečné terasy, jedna s detským bazénom a druhá s jacuzzi. Bezproblémový parking aj wifi v cene

Na izbe mala skriňa, pre 2 osoby nedostatok ukladacieho priestoru.. V priestrannej kúpeľni malo vesiakov a držiakov na uteráky, hoci priestoru na ne je tam dostatok. Do fitka si treba priniesť vlastny uterák aj vodu, v iných hoteloch podobnej úrovne sme uteráky aj vodu mali k dispozícii, dokonca aj ovocie. Slabšia informovanosť ohľadne aktivít vo wellness, napr.bola zrušená naplánovaná aqua gymnastika, ktorú mi však na recepcii pár minút pred začatím potvrdili. Našťastie sú to všetko len maličkosti, ktoré nepokazia príjemný pocit z pobytu, dajú sa však do budúcna vylepšiť..
