Hotel Lövér Sopron

Staff of hotel was perfect.

Parking near hotel horrible, some cars were on 2 spots and noone was controling it. Next bad surprise were dirty carpets with stains and dump smell all around the hotel. Dirty beds in room, stains everywhere. Restaurant also 1/10. Dirty table cloth on every table, dirty dishes were not took away for a while. Long waiting for replenishment of food on food bowls. During the dinner no waiter came to ask if we want something to drink. Long waiting for clean dishes, and after they came the big amount of them were dirty. Which we reported to the restaurant staff. The containers with ketchup, mustard and mayo were dirty as hell. On our second dinner we were served with raw chicken meat. The whole hotel needs DEEP cleaning is all worn out. We dont recommend staying here as sure we wont be coming back.

Nagyon finoman főznek,kedvesek a felszolgálók ha valami elfogyott máris töltötték fel.

20óráig volt nyitva a konditerem,lehetne tovább a nyitvatartás mert a ping-pong asztal is ott van.

Korrekt reggeli és vacsora, illetve a hotel környezete ami értékelhető.

Légkondicionálás nélküli szobák, évek óta nem tisztított helyiségek, erkélyek, kopott, koszos fürdő, lyukas, foszló törölköző, hiányos, vezető nélküli személyzet, akik közül többen nem beszéltek magyarul. Vacsora és reggeli közben káosz az étteremben, feszült vendégek és munkatársak.

Az ételek,a személyzet kiváló.Kényelmes,tiszta szoba.

A wellness részt nem használtuk,túl kicsi és zsúfolt volt

Az erdei környezet, csend.
