"Kein 4-Sterne-Sevice & Komfort"

Das Hotel ist direkt an der wunderschönen Uferpromenade von Lovran gelegen. Das Reinigungs- und Restaurantpersonal ist sehr freundlich und macht einen tollen Job. Reichhaltiges Frühstcks- und Abend-Buffet.

Das Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen was sich negativ auf den Gesamteindruck auswirkt. Teppichboden dreckig und abgetreten, Poolbereich renovierungsbedürftig und Badezimmern ohne Abluft und Duschwand. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einer stark befahrenen Straße auf der vor allem am Wochenende sehr viel Verkehr ist. Durch die fehlende Isolierung der Fenster ist es auf der Straßenseite des Hotels Tag und Nacht sehr laut. Das Personal an der Rezeption ist teils sehr unfreundlich. Wir haben uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Wir sind früher abgereist, erst nach Rückfrage wurde uns der Preis für die frühere Abreise erlassen.

Excellent location for access to the sea

The room and passages and carpeting needs a good cleaning or upgrade. Ac in room was not great.

Die Lage

Das Badezimmer ist sehr veraltet. Der Badewannen Abfluss scheint verstopft zu sein was bedeutet das Schmutz und Haare von anderen personen in die Badewanne zurück hinein fließen was sehr unhygienisch ist.
