"Excellent hotel, would stay here again"

The staff was incredible, and the room was lovely and comfortable. The hotel is well located on Opatija’s promenade. We had some coffee and cake at the restaurant and it was delicious as well. We would definitely stay here again!

During the winter the heat is on high in the hotel and we had a hard time keeping the room cool enough to sleep in. We were able to open the lovely balcony windows and that helped.

Leider bei unserem Aufenthalt war das Frühstück eine Katastrophe.am 07.12 2025 war das Service kein 2 Sterne wert.

Service beim Frühstück eine Zumutung, um 09,45 werden die Tische nicht mehr abgeräumt , am Buffet nur Reste, 20 minuten keine angelernt Servicekraft um unseren den Tisch zu reinigen und die Zusatzbestellungen aufzunehmen, der Restaurantleiter ( junger unerfahrener Mitarbeiter ) hat keinen Blick für das Chaos , lediglich der schon lange beschäftigte Kellner kann das fünf Sterne service retten.

"Always a memorable stay"

My favorite hotel for the past few years for a get-away weekend, with wonderful, professional and kind staff, both the reception desk and wellness center. The wellness center is excellent, with salt, Turkish and Finnish sauna, and pool, with variety of teas and fruits. Great massage experience. Superb service!
