Hands down, this place is the real deal! The Italian vibes in the room were on point, from the charming chandelier to the cozy bedheadboard – they nailed it with the details. And talk about clean – this room sparkled brighter than a disco ball! Plus, they had all the goodies you could dream of: coffee pods galore, tea for days, and even a cute little kitchenette. But let's talk about that terrace – it's like a slice of heaven! I could've parked myself there for eternity, soaking in the view, serenaded by birds, and dancing to the church chimes. And to top it off, the host was an absolute gem – accommodating, friendly, and just all-around awesome. Trust me, you'll want to book this spot ASAP! Just a heads up, there's a bit of a stair workout to reach this slice of paradise, but let me tell you, it's worth every step for that jaw-dropping view at the top.

Lots and lots of steps

Great views, great location - bathroom had a pump and fan. There was lots of light into the property with the two doors opening to balconies with town and sea views. You had to access the property by stairs, but that was clearly explained to us before booking in the building description. Good central location literally in the middle of everything in Amalfi -- the shutters blocked out any unwanted light or sound. Host was communicative regarding the option for an early check-in and we appreciated it!

Bathroom tile grout needs to be cleaned or replaced, the fleece blanket also has stains and could be replaced. Everything else was clean / in good condition. Not sure if they used to offer breakfast (it was not an option during our stay), but it would be a nice add on option at a property like this where you have a nice balcony with a view.

The location of the property is right near the church. The apartament had very nice views of the church and the sea. He gave us enough coffee 😃

From our room 4 times an hour we could hear the church bells (including in the night). The bed had 2 mattresses that worn in differently which made it very uncomfortable to sleep in as a couple. Keep in mind that you don’t have daily cleaning services (new towels, etc).

The owner was very helpful and friendly.

The location was excellent and the host was very helpful.

My only complaint was the number of stairs we had to climb to the apartment.

We had a nice apartment, with balcony overlooking a square in Amalfi. The location was very central which was convenient despite the many stairs.

Our only real issue was that cleaners came in, but only took rubbish without doing much cleaning. So my feedback would be for them to tidy or clean more, or not come in at all.

Location was fantastic! So close to the centre but you couldn’t hear anything!

A lot of stairs which we were already aware of and the only thing we can think of for a dislike!

Apartment was very spacious and had a full kitchen with espresso machine. Location was in the center of Amalfi which made it very convenient and easy to get to.

There was no elevator but that's pretty common in older buildings. Also the bathroom had some ants but the host was super helpful and brought bug spray immediately after being notified.
