La limpieza, el personal muy amables pero en el buffet no tiene hilo musical y solo se escucha a los trabajadores hablando apoyados menos un hombre muy majo que está de camarero que es muy muy bueno. Nunca está parado siempre trabajando y buena cara y muy buena educación.

ITPosizione , panorama top dalla terrazza al piano 9
Cucina poco attrezzata , mancavano piatti fondi ( richiesti immediatamente, portati dopo un giorno ) e padella un po’ più grande ( richiesta e non portata ) . In una settimana fatto solo un cambio asciugamani . Mancanza sedie x tavolo in terrazza , c’erano solo due straio , ma eravamo in 4 . Tavolo/isola in cucina solo con 3 sedie alte , richiesta la 4 e non portata , mancanza carta igienica ( dovuta comprare) . Divano letto x due scomodo perché’ materazzi uno alto e uno basso, quello basso praticamente si dormiva col materasso appoggiato al pavimento

Lamentablemente la limpieza no estaba bien hecha.Teníamos un sarten qué era muy viejo solo con hacerte un huevo se rellenava todo el apartamento de humo,era todo muy minimal. No habia un cepillo ni una fregona, y además el termo del agua caliente hacia un ruido muy molesto ,lo hemos hablado con la recepción peró no hemos resuelto nada,solo tuvimos qué cerrar la llave durante 7 días y no tener agua caliente y volverla a abrir diario y esperar para ducharnos. La tostadora estaba llena de comida de los clientes anteriores. Hemos pedido también un cepillo y una palla y nos han traído una muy sucia y vieja .También nos han traído otro sarten qué también era muy viejo y no se podía cocinar. Es una pena porqué todo lo demás estaba perfecto.
