Parkplatzsuche war bei der Anreise etwas aufwändiger.
ATDas jeden 3 Tag das Apartment gereinigt und die Handtücher ausgetauscht wurde. Das zum größten Teil die Mitarbeiter des Hotels deutsch sprachen!!
Zu wenig Geschirr zum Kochen, auch Standard Gewürze wie Salz, Pfeffer waren nicht vorhanden. Hatten Apartment im 9 Stock, wäre Sonnenschirm nicht schlecht gewesen, da man ansonst wegen der starken Sonne nicht Sitzen kann. Leider waren auch viele Tauben am Balkon die die Sesseln und den Balkon mit Kot verschmutzten.
ITL’unica cosa positiva è la posizione
Una struttura sporca e indecente a partire dalla hall, passando per il personale e finendo alle camere. Ho cambiato 4 camere per le condizioni indecenti di pulizie e strutturali delle camere. Ho trovato capelli a terra, lenzuola macchiate, luci e porta rotte, insetti morti su tende e specchi, blatte che camminavano per i corridoi, cose arrugginite, mura sporche, mobili e mattonelle rotti e macchie, briciole e polvere ovunque. Il mio ragazzo asmatico ha passato la notte a tossire e starnutire. Ho passato una sola notte delle 4 che ho pagato solo perché era mezzanotte e avrei avuto difficoltà a trovare un posto per dormire a quell’ora. Nonostante le proteste, le mille foto fatte e inviate a Booking per segnalare la struttura e avere un rimborso, ovviamente non ho avuto alcuna risposta e in struttura mi è stato detto che i receptionist non possono occuparsi di queste cose ma che è compito del responsabile che nel weekend non lavora. Peccato che siamo a martedì e ne io ne Booking abbiamo ricevuto alcuna risposta da loro. È assurdo che catene alberghiere del genere guadagnino una miriade di soldi offrendo stanze in condizioni disastrose e pericolose per la salute delle persone. Ed è assurdo che una struttura del genere abbia recensioni così alte, perfino la hall era sudicia, pavimento ultra sporco come quello dell’ascensore, divanetti pieni di macchie. Veramente uno schifo! Mi rivolgerò ad una associazione consumatori e aprirò una pratica legale
ESNos gustó mucho el apartamento y la ubicación
No nos gustó que no tenía cama de matrimonio,el baño que se sale de la mampara el agua,al no estar totalmente cerrado y las palomas bañándose en la tarde-noche en la piscina.
