A nice hotel for an overnight stay in Brussels. The rooms are on the small side, but they're perfect for a single night, and quite comfortable. Breakfast was good, with decent choice. While the hotel is a bit outside town, it's right next to a tram station, making it easy to reach by public transport.

I don't have anything to criticize. The staircase was closed, but that was because it was under construction, which is clearly a temporary thing - not a real criticism, just something I noticed.

L’albergo è abbastanza vecchiotto ma si vede e traspare l’intento di rendere i vari pernottamenti sereni e piacevoli, lo staff che ogni giorno è diverso 😂 e’ comunque sempre gentile e disponibile e si sforza di capire le varie richieste e necessità, ma nessuno parla inglese, o almeno le persone che abbiamo incontrato noi non capivano, il francese qui la fa da padrone. La posizione, sebbene distante dal centro, è strategica perché proprio davanti alla fermata del bus 95 che va in centro e a pochi minuti a piedi dal tram 8; sempre direzione centro. La colazione, che costa 10€ a testa incluso bambino di 3 anni, e’ abbastanza varia e abbondante. Insomma alla fine devo dire ammettere che siamo stati bene e abbiamo pagato una giusta cifra per quanto offerto.

La camera tripla davvero piccolina, se non addossavo il letto matrimoniale al singolo non potevo aprire l’armadio; la struttura che era in restauro e quindi tutto provvisorio e poco accogliente per un ospite, abbiamo dovuto pagare appena arrivati prima ancora di aver visto la camera, cosa abbastanza strana. La linea Wi-Fi non funzionava se non la sera tardi.

Housekeeping was consistently excellent, with the bed made properly and fresh towels provided each time, which made my stay very comfortable. The staff were friendly and happy to accommodate my requests. I would be happy to stay here again on my next visit.

The miss Communication between who replies in the app and who is in the reception, we met an Afganistanian person who doesn’t know ABC of communication, and he didn’t provide what was described in the app as we have an infant that is 4 months old only, 0 consideration. Very bad experience he literally affected all our journey from Italy to Belgium
