Beautiful room and property. Loved how unique the rooms are. Location was amazing and views are unbeatable.

Bathroom a little small and shower could be updated.

The location was simply breathtaking! The rooms were large and opulent. Having our own parking space with an automatic gate was priceless.

The water was a bit of an issue. The bathtub spigot did not work and there was no hot water in one of the bathrooms.

Location and views. Great size room.

Perhaps as it was out of season the facilities such as the pool was not open.

Of all the years we have booked travel accommodation through booking.com this is by far the worst place we have ever stayed. From the moment we arrived, we were concerned that it was a) not what we had booked, b) a very poor representation of the photos online, and c) going to provide very poor guest support. The man who showed us around was neither friendly nor welcoming and attempted to dissuade us from looking at the room that we has booked, a room which had different facilities, but had direct access to the main balcony. When questioned, he showed us a room full of other guests belongings and advised that nobody was staying in this room, though it was plain for all to see. He advised us that the property he had allocated was an "upgrade" free of charge. The windows were rusted and didn't close, and when I pointed this out to both this guy and later the owner, we were simply told that the windows and antiques. I got very frustrated with the lack of interest or acknowledgment from this chap. My husband and I resigned ourselves to where we were staying as the owner told us that we were free to leave but would not receive a refund. The 1st morning, we tried for a shower, and only one of us managed to have a look warm shower. The 2nd morning, there was no hot water at all. As we were going out for the day, I messaged the owner and asked if someone could check the hot water situation and also give us some toilet roll. I got a curt response, stating that there was nothing wrong with the hot water and that my message was "factually inaccurate ", additionally, they told me that toilet roll had already been left for us the day before.....which it hadn't. On returning to the apartment that evening, it was raining, and on the step of the apartment, outside in the rain, was a roll of wet toilet roll. Additionally, on entering the apartment, nothing had been cleaned, and no bed had been made, nor the toilet roll left.

Good location and comfy bed, but all that was ruined by the fact that the room was horribly dirty and there was no hot water! We paid a bit extra to get a room with a spa bath and we couldn’t use it becase of the lack of hot water, when we addressed this issue to the hotel, they only apologised…. Like there was nothing they could do…. So basically we had to deal with that and nothing was offered to make us comfortable.

Room cleanness was very poor, there was hair and dust all over the place, when we tried to fill the spa bath in our room there was bugs coming out somewhere, and there was no hot water, or water pressure anywhere, no good water pressure for the spa bath, or the sink, or the bidet, the hotel didn’t do anything about it, wouldn’t recommend at all.
