We highly recommend this place! It’s located right in the heart of Lucca’s historic center, with amazing views from the rooms. On top of that, the owner is incredibly kind—he prepares breakfast himself and is always happy to help with anything you might want to know or do in Lucca. We were very satisfied with our stay!

Very friendly owner and staff, very good breakfast, our huge room overlooking the old town including 3 of the beautiful Lucca towers was just awesome! Bathroom is very good, too, new shower and good lighting. We will be back if in Lucca👌😃!

The owner isn’t always at the property, but is very kind and let us enter the room early. Location is very convenient, right in the center. We left our car in the parking lot by the train station, and the walk is less than 10 minutes The room had a/c so it was great to refresh during summer days

The hotel is outdated but overall ok for short stays, the main problem was the shower, it was really small and the door didn’t cover all the area so it was a challenge to shower without making a mess. If you have a light sleep, avoid a street side room on the weekend.

There was a elevator

The bathroom had a panel which one could see through into the bathroom from the corridor... no privacy

The location, The gentleman who owns the facility and lives there very helpful and nice. Great breakfast!

The floors, could use a little maintenance for the locks of the rooms, if they do not clise well they leave you trapped in the rooms.
