Fuentepark Apartments

Friendly staff. Quiet at night. Excellent location

Staff are absolutely fantastic, they couldn't be helpful enough. They location is perfect, everything is walkable. Great value for money.

Decor is tired and falling apart in places. Pool is very cold.

The location was excellent, just a few metres from the main area of Corralejo. The pool area was very good as well. The complex was very quiet if that's what you want. The complex has the potential to be excellent if they can address the issues below.

We had an issue with cockroaches all week. When I complained after the second day I was told that they would give the apartment an extra clean and that they are common in the islands. The left a can of insect repellent. I sprayed the apartment myself but again that night we had another cockroach that night. As the apartments are a bit dated and the windows and doors are timber frame there are a lot of gaps, up to 4-5mm for insects to have easy access. I sealed up the back door with kitchen roll myself but alas on the the last night we have two more cockroaches in the bathroom. On check out I was thanked for bringing it to their attention again and that they get the apartments fumigated periodically. In my opinion, with easy access through gaps etc. it's not effective. The apartments need to be updated and sealed as best as possible.
