Fuentepark Apartments

Excellent location & fabulous pool area

There were cockroaches in our apartment, we have stayed at Fuentepark many times before and never had this issue, I understand that it is common in this climate etc, but we found it disappointing considering we never experienced the issue before. The bedroom, particularly the wardrobe, was where they kept coming from, every day, I spoke to reception and a can of insecticide was left in the apartment. It was a pity because I found it hard to sleep every night with the thoughts of them scuttling around! I would still return for the location and the beautiful pool area. The apartments themselves are quite dated and could do with a refresh, but they are adequate for what you need on a holiday.

Balcony had no privacy. Telly had to be changed twice. Second one had no English channels the rust on bottom of fridge.

Location and size of the resort. We have been to these apartments a number of times and the size and location is perfect for what we need.

Tired apartments that deserve a complete refurbish. Electrics and water leaks made the stay uncomfortable at times. We could not use the wardrobe due to leaks every time the apartment above used the shower. It dripped throughout the night and had made the wardrobe frame and doors swollen. We had to unplug the phone because it was making a continuous beeping noise, and the plug socket that the tv was plugged into was hanging out of the wall. The bathroom ceiling had clearly had a leak fixed, but the plaster was dropping onto the sink, which we had to wipe away every day. We have been here a number of times over the last 10 years, and it is sad to see the state of disrepair of the resort. Cleaning of apartments and maintenance of the garden areas has reduced a lot, used to 5 times a week cleaning, now 2. and always saw someone sweeping and maintaining the garden area. Didn'tsee this once in our 7 day stay. Sadly, until they are refurbished, we are unlikely to return. Please don't let these lovely apartments waste away! So many happy memories there for our family!

Great location. Staff were brillant. We had a few hiccups at the start (our fault). Lost luggage, incorrect number of people on the booking but the staff went above and beyond to help. It was thanks to the staff that we got our sons backpack back. He left it on the trolley outside the airport. Cannot say enough about how great the staff were.

Our outside seating area was in the shade most of the time but lovely trees surrounding it. The pull out bed had sharp metal edges that would be better off covered for safety.

Very friendly staff great pool area and bar. Great location.

I thought the apartment was a bit run down, possibly needs a revamp.

Location. Comfortable bed. Air conditioning. Friendly staff. Beautiful pool. Lovely view.

Could have been some english tv channels for guests.
