Geinberg Suites & Via Nova Lodges

The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. I accidentally left my AirPods at the property, and the staff kindly found them and promptly shipped them back to me. Highly appreciated their friendly and efficient service!

On our first night, two TVs in our apartment weren’t working. However, the staff promptly addressed the issue that same night. The following day, they replaced the TVs. Great service and quick resolution!

Easy check in and assistance. The room was mostly remodeled and in excellent new and clean condition. The value for money was equal to the price.

There was working wifi on the property but not actually in the room. And even the working wifi on the property was not sufficient for much of anything. There are almost no restaurants around we went to 3 places about 15 minutes from the accommodations and the first two wouldn't accept us without a reservation (but this is generally the situation in this area so not really specifically a problem related to the property itself).

We stayed at Geinberg Suites one night while in transit. It is lecated in a quiet and safe place, The view from the resort is amazing, and the kids could go freely outside, even seeing some grapes on a vine plant at the comer of the burldings. The apartment we stayed in (the first one in the first row) was spacious, with a TV in two rooms and a good-sized bathroom. It was clean (even though it needs some improvements, listed below) on our arrival and equipped with essential things like soap, shower gel, towels and toilet paper. The host was very friendly and was waiting for us to arrive outside the reception. .

Few things that need improvement Being in a rural area, mosquitos, flies, and bugs are everywhere, A sticky band is hung from the ceiling in the dining area and a Bugs RF (radio freguency) detector in the conservatory cannot face the invasion we had that afternoon, evening and night. There was no dishwasher in the kitchen, but washing up liquid and a sponge. l found some long black hair in the kitchen sink and on the sponge, which was disgusting There were two fridges, a small one hardly cooling, and another big one being another source of heat in a very hot summer anyway. No air conditioning, just a cooler that can not do much when it is very hot. l was in doubt if the bed sheets were clean as they didn't have a fresh smell The kitchen, dining area, and two single beds are in an open space, 3 single beds are in a separate room, and 1 single beed is in the conservatory (or glass room) We paid a parking charge of 5€ on arrival

exceptional dream-location on top of the hill, very quiet, nice garden area with multiple seating. adventurous room layouts.

it looks like it was quite newly built, but the rooms are of awful build quality. many broken things (eg. door hinges, chairs, open power cables, auxiliary heating, broken window blinds…). It seems the owner doesnt care about anything that happens in the rooms and repairs were performed by people who didnt have any glue what they were doing. Sorry to be so frank, but thats exactly what we’ve got for our hard earned money.
