Geinberg Suites & Via Nova Lodges

We liked the terrasse/balcony - big and nice view on the landscape. The bathroom was also nice and comfortable. The silence and calmness was excellent. The ladies who helped us were helpful.

The first apartment they showed us was totally different from the one on the booking photo (looked like accommodation for tourist group), so we had to ask for change. We were two and all other lying facilities in the Luxury apt. were made in the living room also. The refrigerator did not work at all, either the night lamp in the bedroom. There was no darkening options there (facing the East) so morning started very early...

Great location, quietness and fantastic breakfast. Good access to the motorway.

Some of the equipment didn’t work. It would be good have a curtain on the bathroom window.

Sehr beschaulich und eher ausserhalb auf einer Anhöhe. Ehemaliger Bauerhof mit entsprechendem Charme. Sehr symathische und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter. Unweit von der Therme Geinberg!

Hatte eine Junior Suite gebucht. Die Lage ist ruhig auf einem Hügel. Man hatte einen schönen Blick über die Gegend. Das Zimmer war riesig mit kleiner Küche und im Schlafzimmer mit 3 Betten. Entgegen anderen Rezensionen war meine Suite sauber. Wer Essen gehen will muss etwa 4km in die nächste Stadt fahren. Die Ausstattung ist nicht hochwertig aber ausreichend.

Es war ein sehr schönes großes Zimmer mit Balkon aber das Wasser zum Duschen war eiskalt!!! Und ich muss den vollen Preis bezahlen obwohl wir nach einem Tag durch einen tragischen Unfall in der Familie abreisen mussten!!! FINDE ICH ALS NICHT KUNDENFREUNDLUCH

Would immediately rebook the junior suite! Lot's of space and comfort and a terrace to dream of! Thank you to owners for this lovely stay!

The beds were very hard the rooms not so clean. Bathroom was very new nicely tiled

When we checked in it was quite weird, walking from here to there to get to reception. And then we were given the wrong room. Which is where they had listed us as our room, so it wasn't a mistake of 'wrong key' (and it was quite dirty and unwelcome). When I realised because our room was supposed to have a bath and washing machine, we went and told them and we didn't even have to say anything, they just gave us the key to the correct room which is exactly as pictured. So they knew where we were SUPPOSED to be because they put us in there - without us even saying it. It was alright, water is white which is quite icky. The cooking utensils are not big enough at all for a place designed for 4 people to sleep. Washing machine could use some instructions but it was good to have one!
