Im Abfalleimer (Bad) meines Zimmers waren Zigarettenkippen - trotz Rauchverbot. Sehr unangenehmer Geruch (kalter Rauch) im Bad. Ich bin Nichtraucher! Das zweite gebuchte Zimmer wurde nicht gereinigt. Tote Insekten und mehrere Spinnweben befanden sich darin. Auf Anfrage, wann die letzte Reinigung stattfand, erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass dies an unserem Anreisetag war. Als Antwort erhielten wir die Auskunft, dass uns das Hotel keine Ermäßigung gewähren kann, da wir über booking.com gebucht haben! Zwei Mitarbeiterinnen, die bereits länger dort beschäftigt sind, waren relativ unfreundlich. Eine Mitarbeiterin war sehr entgegenkommend, hatte aber vermutlich keinen Einfluss auf etwaige Änderungen. Eine Service-/Putzkraft erschien uns sehr unglücklich in ihrem Job.

Дивно, якщо номер реально є вільний, навіщо людей тримати до 15:00, а я прибув 13:30, можна інколи робити винятки з правил
