Good location and quiet . Staff were good and more than attentive . Nice stay

Bed was a little bit hard if I’m really picky. Maybe a mattress topper. However I’m sure it’s perfect for a lot of people.

Superb hospitality here and the staff were extremely helpful. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. For those travelling by train, it takes about 25-30mins to walk into the centre of Reading, but is only 10 mins by bus and these are frequent. I stayed here on a work trip. I would have liked a bath to relax into at the end of a long day, but I guess you can't have everything!

The hotel is beautiful in general with a warm and polite greeting from the host. Room 2 was spotless, the bed extremely comfortable. The shower was immaculate with plenty of hot water. The breakfast and service was exceptional. I would wholeheartedly recommend.

I cannot offer any adverse criticism. I would gladly have paid more for the stay - it was cheaper than a premier inn.

Breakfast is always good, including the vegetarian full english, there's toast, cereals, and good fruit juice.
