Everyone was very helpful and welcoming, comfortable and clean rooms.

Eddy the manager was very helpful. Breakfast of fruit ,eggs ,bread ,coffee very nice. Staff were friendly. Lots of hot water . Good WiFi.

The host was very nice and very helpful.

There are so many things to love about this place - the rooms are spacious and super clean, the bed was so big and comfortable, the colonial style of the hotel, the rooftop views while having a great breakfast, and finally the staff which were all so kind and helpful with literally everything!

We had some trouble with hot water but this was quickly fixed.

Best hotel near downtown Arequipa, cozy, great service, like home

On a long trip through Peru and Argentina, it was great to have an at home like experience. Big comfortable house with beautiful roof terrace with sunny views of at least two volcanos. Breakfast served up there, coffee, fresh fruit, rolls, eggs. Lobby has a big table and a living alcove with lots of books to enjoy. Soft drinks, beer, wine available along with hot water for tea. Laundry service. Quiet for sleeping. Just ask staff for anything. They are available during the day and evening. Great security as everyone must buzzed in. Affluent neighborhood, safe 15 min walk or 5 min taxi to center. Host, Eddy speaks excellent English and is knowledgeable and friendly. Most guests are from Europe.

For a long stay, more variety at breakfast. There are several quality places to eat nearby, but you may need to go back to centro for dinner.

The bed was INCREDIBLY comfortable. Hot water plentiful. The decor elegant and serene. Great view of snowcapped mountains from the breakfast room. The staff were very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and restaurants. Location in beautiful neighborhood, 10 minute walk to central plaza. Excellent restaurants and coffee shops within minutes. A grand hotel.

Breakfast is excellent but could be varied slightly day to day.
