"Excelente!! Gostamos muito!!"

10.0

Adoramos o hotel. Adoramos tudo no hotel e recomendamos

"so so"

6.0

We only stayed for one night as a layover from San Andres to Providencia and it served its purpose. They lost power multiple times during the day where we were sweating in our rooms. Also, there were small cockroach like bugs in the bathroom and they kept making their way in. We did not shower in this hotel because of them. Breakfast was not good either.

"Hotel um pouco velho"

4.0

O atendimento foi muito bom, a recepcionista muito atenciosa. Porém o hotel é bastante velho, ficamos em um quarto em que a janela era para o corredor do Hotel, com isso, tinha um cheiro forte de "mofo".

"Great value"

8.0

Me and my girlfriend arrived exhausted in San Andres after a plane delay. Once the taxi took us to the hotel we were both well received by the receptionist. We enjoyed delicious breakfast, the overall value of the hotel was very good compared to Decameron's (their guests have to pay extra for wifi conection). The only downside was that we stayed there for 4 nights and we had to ask for product replacement (shampoo, soap, toilet paper) because the cleaning maids didn't do this and we think the bed sheets weren't changed also. Apart from that we always felt comfortable there. Well done!!

"Just WONDERFUL! No more All Inclusive's for us."

10.0

We have been to San Andres Island many times, but have always stayed at All Inclusive resorts on the island. This trip we decided to try something different and stay at Noblehouse hotel instead. We wanted more of a quieter, downtown experience, and I have to say, I doubt we will ever stay at an All Inclusive resort there again! We absolutely LOVED this little 15 room hotel! From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we felt like part of a "family". We were welcomed with open arms and even though we speak very little Spanish that was not an issue. The room we stayed in was BETTER quality and comfort than the last All Inclusive we stayed at, the beds far more comfortable, the linens and towels much cleaner and not as worn, and the rooms cleaned so much better (and faster) than we have ever experienced on the island, a bar fridge, and never once did we run out of HOT water or air conditioning. No doors slamming or rowdy guests screaming at each other at 3 am was a bonus for us! We had a room with a very small balcony (only three of these) facing the busy street, but loved it as we could have coffee and listen to and watch the island waking up in the morning. Then go for what we consider a full breakfast (fruit, coffee juice, several types of egg dishes to choose from, toast cereal---perfect to get your day going.) No, there is not a pretty view of beaches and palm trees, but a 2 minute walk from the hotel front door puts you right on the boardwalk of the main beach downtown, right in the middle of everything. If we wanted to go our for dinner, there are places to eat everywhere within a short walk. And recommendations from staff were excellent! (Try Eli---brand new---WONDERFUL!) Or we could just sit on the boardwalk in the evening and people watch with NO cares at all. Of all of our visits to this lovely island, this trip was our best yet---a lot of this having to do with our accommodations, staff and location. Safe, comfortable, secure, clean, welcoming and unique! We are already looking forward to next year. Thank you Jannethe and Arthuro.

"Nice hotel with very helpful staff"

10.0

It was a little tricky to find the door for the motel, however because we had seen the picture on the website, we recognized it. You do have to walk up a flight of stairs to get to the front desk and the rooms, but the staff helped carry our luggage up. The room was very spacious and very clean. The staff was very helpful and spoke good English. No views, so if you are wanting to stay in and enjoy views, there aren't any. We really enjoyed our stay and will definitely stay here again.
