Me encanto, la ubicación es perfecta para poder hacer turismo por toda la ciudad! La habitación fue pequeña pero súper limpia y con vistas al zócalo de Puebla. Además el restaurante sirve buena comida y la gente de recepción fue muy muy amable, lo recomiendo 1,000%.

¡Todo! Muchísimas gracias al equipo 🤩The staff are courteous, kind and at the top of their business. The beauty of Puebla is right out and within their doors. The breakfast buffet or a la carte options are delicious with options to ver y ser vista on the Zócalo y have a more serene start indoors.

We very much enjoyed our stay. One member of our party needed extra care and help and the team were amazing…just one tip: If you like strong coffee, I recommend you order an espresso based option. Their de la olla is made for those who prefer more of an Americano. Check out the upstairs bar! Also, if you’re in town on a weekend/holiday and want to sleep early bring your earplugs. Puebla knows how to celebrate!

Our stay overall was very nice. The location was great, the room with a lot of space and modern equipment (very comfortable beds). We almost had a luxury feeling, if there wasn´t the downsides regarding staff and low quality of breakfast.

The breakfast was very simple compared to the "luxury" feeling the hotel & rooms are otherwise presenting. At the beginning there was some confusion with our booking, which included half board. But reception staff, speaking only limited English, pretended that there is no such rate (including dinner) even though we had written proof (printed booking confirmation). This could be solved but only after involvement of the management. All the discussion was unfortunate and waste of time. Staff should be better trained/informed.
