Very warm welcome. Great room. Fabulous restaurant. Excellent breakfast. Lovely building and garden. Kettle in the room.

The garden, the macaw (!), the grand old world feel of the bedroom, the location, the spa, the staff, the evening meal - all of it.

If I could I’d have had more fruit for breakfast, I’m not big on bacon & eggs. I should have asked…

The breakfast was very good and varied daily. The location was near Pollenca's city center.

I was a bit disappointed upon my check-in with the room which didn't look like the pictures. I upgraded to a better room (for an additional cost). The room was a bit worn with some water damage on the fabrics. Driving in Pollenca was a challenge and google maps sent me down some very narrow, white knuckled roads. I ended up parking a 10-min walk outside of the town.

The location, the rooms ans the staff where excelent. An do not forguet the breakfast. Plenty of local and amazing food.

The location and hotel were exactly as advertised and the staff were exceptionally friendly, providing excellent service during the whole holiday.
