Struttura stupenda, una vera chicca nel centro storico di Ferrara! Meraviglioso soggiorno, oltre ad una accoglienza super! Personale gentilissimo. Ci è stata data anche la possibilità di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out. Stanze spaziose e pulitissime! Eccellente!

Clean room near the center. Friendly personnel, the few seconds that there was an interaction, as there was seldom anyone present.

The host completely offloaded the registration process onto the customer, which in my opinion is not nice at all, as the customer is not paid for doing office work on behalf of the host. On top of that, the online registration was complicated (see this vikey company which was entrusted with the procedure). The access via phone was also convoluted, and required a cell phone with a working internet connection, the first time. The WiFi did not work, on the first day. After complaints on our part, it worked on the second day, but required lots of personal data, like email and phone number. This makes no sense to me, as usually the guest just provides network name and password without forcing the customer to go through yet another registration portal. The shower can be hard to access if a person has physical issues.

I didn’t have breakfast there but everything about it was exceptional. The owner Carlo could not have been nicer or more helpful. The cleaner Carlotta was the same. I much enjoyed my visit.
