To jest królewski apartament. Bardzo obszerny, ze smakiem i niebywałą starannością urządzony. Jadalnia z panoramicznym widokiem na lagunę i Wenecję zapiera dech w piersiach. Kuchnia jest znakomicie wyposażona. Na każdym kroku czuć rękę troskliwej gospodyni i opiekunki tego miejsca. Pani Katja doradzała nam też i udzielała wszelkich niezbędnych informacji, pisząc do nas własnoręcznie listy. Sam obiekt ukryty jest w zieleni niedaleko od przystani i głównej ulicy/promenady pełnej restauracji i sklepów. Wspaniałe miejsce!
