Great location, close to basically everything you would like to see in Zaragoza, good quality towels.

Pretty substandard breakfast, offered to everyone at a discounted price, rubbish pillows as it is unfortunatelly the standard everywhere, beds+mattress way to tall and a bathroom without ventilation, which keeps the moisture and humidity at an unhealthy level, but hey, it's keeping the mould happy and growing. Overall a disappoitment and it's a management issue, because they could've charge a few extra bucks extra and everyone would've paid, if those funds would've been used in some minor, but key improvements.

De locatie. Ook de parking was goed geregeld.

Dit hotel was ooit in een ver verleden 4 sterren waard. Nu is het echter een gedateerd hotel. Wat het ergste was is dat de kamers gewoon vuil waren. Ik raad niemand aan om onder het bed te kijken. De wasbak en douche liepen niet door. Na dit te melden aan de receptie is er wel direct iemand komen kijken. Maar het probleem was niet verholpen.

Really helpful, friendly staff. Slightly formal feel, but relaxed, comfortable with the standards it sets.

Perhaps a little more variety in breakfast cereals...

Great location if u have car make reservations for parking with them u a get discount location was excellent we dint need to used the car the staff are great.

Elegant room (attic) in an excellent hotel. Fabulous and efficient staff. Located in an excellent location.
