Wish it had own garage. But there is parking outside if you can secure it.

Staff were kind and breakfast was lovely! Had water stations around the hotel that was appreciated. The staff changed out our refrigerator which was great!

Our room (the attic) was lovely except for the shower. It had a bit of a draining problem. So we went through a majority of our towels each day just trying to keep the water from spilling onto the floor.

The desk staff, Danilo and Monika, were wonderfully helpful about how to get around Ortygia and Syracuse and for restaurant recommendations. The location is great, on the waterfront of Ortygia overlooking Syracuse, and its walkable distance from the Syracuse train station (and is on a street where cars are allowed). The breakfast buffet, served on a terrace overlooking the waterfront was very good and generous. The rooms are small.

Great location with beautiful views. Breakfast is varied and delicious in a nice room with a terrace overlooking the harbor . Easy walk from the train and to all the sites in Ortigia We enjoyed our stay at L’approdo delle Sirene
