Hotel Centrum

Very helpful person on reception who allowed an early check in. The hotel is unpretentious but everything is carefully maintained, clean and comfortable.

The very best impression was the lady receptionist when we arrived, she was super friendly and helpful. Perfect location for us who had only 2 nights there. Room was neat and clean, spacey bathroom and breakfast was just great for the value we paid for staying there.

The elevator, was quite small and shaky.

Nous avons aimé l'accueil chaleureux et la gentillesse du personnel de l'hôtel. La chambre était conforme à la présentation faite sur le site Booking. Le petit déjeuner est varié et copieux.

Henkilökunta oli todella ystävällistä, avuliasta ja palvelualtista. Aamupalalle oli perinteisten makeiden vaihtoehtojen lisäksi myös mukavasti erilsidia suolaisia vaihtoehtoja, hedelmiä , hyvää erikoiskahveja. Henkilökunnan paikallistietoisuus oli mahtavaa. Henkilökunnan Ravintola suositukset olivat erittäin onnistuneita kuin myös apu retkien toteutumisiin lähi kohteisiin.

Olisi ollut mukavaa jos olisi ollut toinen vaihtoehto tyynyyn. Se olisi auttanut nukkumisesta.

The staff at the hotel was friendly and fantastic. They helped us secure a parking spot, which turned out to be fantastic. Furthernmore, they aided with resturant recommendations (another winner), as well as aided us in finding the spots to visit and what not to see. Great location within Catania.
