They gave us an upgrade! The waiting area has free coffee and tea and some games. Staff was friendly. Public transport passes were also given. Would love to come back again next time

Not all rooms have AC.

We liked everything, from the location (absolutely amazing,the bus staton is at front of the hotel).The stuff was great, they kept our luggage for a few hours after the check out. The room was clean, spacious and it was cleaned daily.

Location was right above the bus stop for lines 4 and 23 among others, easy to go into and out of town. Excellent cocktail bar, among the best in the city with very friendly staff. Breakfast was standard continental cold breakfast but the quality and variety were decent. Enjoyed the constant availability of coffee and tea in a common dining area with tabletop games. Made use of the iron and guest laundry room; there was a washer I did not get to use but it's nice to have. Didn't get a chance to use the outdoor pedal go kart track, but how cool!

Shower and bathroom are compact; not bad but just be warned. Hotel Wi-Fi could barely reach my room, so taking work calls from the room was impossible.

The location was excellent, and the rooms were very clean. The room had air conditioning, a hair dryer, towels, and toiletries. There were luggage storage facilities available both before check-in and after check-out. The public transport bus stop is right in front of the property, with easy access to the city centre in 12–15 minutes by bus without any transfers. The S-Bahn station is also just an 8-minute walk away.
