Sono stati gentilissimi, nonostante la mia cagnetta stesse male. Tutto lo staff è stato cordiale, disponibile e empatico.

Tudo. Hotel super confortável e limpo. Os funcionários são super amáveis, tanto na recepção como no restaurante, bar, etc. Não é a primeira vez que me hospedo e com certeza retornarei.

Uma única ressalva para o café da manhã. É um básico bom e não tem nunca algo diferente, que surprenda. Como fiquei muito dias enjoei do mesmo cardápio todos os dias.

The hotel was in a great location to get into the centre by foot. ( 15 mins walk) Plus it was outside the limited traffic zone. Parking was easy with their allocated underground car park. The room was spacious, comfy bed, and good quality toiletries, slippers and dressing gown. Breakfast was adequate continental style breakfast. There were scrambled eggs and bacon too.

The room had a strange smell when we went in, so had to open the windows to get some air in. There were parts of the room which needed a bit of attention. Paint coming off the wall, lampshades were marked in areas and the shower in the bathroom a bit grubby in the corners. These things you don’t expect in a 5 star hotel. I would like others say it’s more 4 star than 5.
