"Schöner Urlaub in einer typisch italienischen Gegend"

Das Ambiente des Hauses war wunderschön - wie in einem alten Familiensitz. Die Lage des Hotels ist toll, das Frühstück bot eine große Auswahl.

Das Familien-/Kinderressort direkt daneben störte vor allem am Abend den Erholungsfaktor. Beim Frühstück war eine Mitarbeiterin top, der junge Mann hat die Arbeit nur nach Aufforderung gesehen.

Personale: da reception , ristorante e bar fino alla governante ai piani camera vista mare si sono distinti veramente rispetto a tanti alberghi per professionalità, disponibilità e educazione . Servizio lavanderia veloce e perfetto, pulizia della camera oltre il 10, camera tra le più grandi a Cattolica per una camera doppia uso singola vista mare ma con le caratteristiche di una junior suite : pcon materasso largo e intero , una camera vista mare con piccola cabina armadio, phon Dyson nel bagno, terrazza vista mare e balcone laterale grande. Colazione tra le più di qualità Di Cattolica fornita di tutto con prodotti anche freschi.

Non posso lamentarmi assolutamente di nulla questo albergo merita molte più stelle

Krásný, čistý hotel u pláže, pár kroků do centra. Hotel je tichý, vkusně zařízený, krásná zahrada, soukromí. Je úplně jiný, než typické hotely u pláží. Spousta zákoutí a míst jen tak k posezení. Parkování k dispozici, to je pro nás důležité, rádi cestujeme autem.

Brak zainteresowania ze strony personelu- nikt nie zapytał o nasz pobyt ani razu. Sympatyczna obsługa baru!!!!! Brak kosmetykow- uzupełnione po interwencji w recepcji następnego dnia-skandal Brak wymiany ręczników plazowych- ponownie interwencja w recepcji. Słabe sniadania! Brudna szafa!!!!!!!! Mało miejsca na ubrania. Brak drzwi i dol łazienki- cały czas czujesz się jak w toalecie.

L’hôtel est très beau et les chambres confortables.la piscine est très belle et pas besoin de se battre pour trouver un transat.le personnel est très agréable et disponible.

Notre chambre était un peu petite mais on s’en est accommodé car il y avait tout le confort.l’hotel était complet et donc il n’a pas été possible d’avoir une chambre un peu plus spacieuse
