"All in all it was a special residence, super and clean location and good breakfast."

It is located in the middle of a beautiful landscape. We had a nice view on outside. The villas decoration inside and outside were looking nice and traditional.

Half of the staff had problems in understanding and communicating English. Especially working in the tourist section, it is expected for a positive tourist experience that the hotel staff can communicate and understand English. It is frustrating when we didn’t feel understood or if we are unable to identify what the Italian staff wants to communicate.
