Great location in the center. Very close to the cable cars. Friendly staff at the hotel reception. The man from Greece, bartender in hotel bar, was great, friendly and helpful. Very nice restaurant and bar areas. It smells very nice everywhere. When you leave you will receive water and a small gift. It is kind. :)

The price-performance ratio did not meet expectations. Parking place was full, because there was some special event. Room 159 was nice, but bathroom and room details did not correspond to the price of 1000 euros per 2 nights. The breakfast was really not good, at 9:30 on Saturday and Sunday there was no pastry (check photo), no watter glasses, the tomatoes were moldy. The restaurant space is huge and nice, but since no one was standing at the entrance in the morning, we couldn't find our table. Come on guys, you are 5* hotel!!! I was really disappointed

The service personnel at the restaurant could be somewhat more attentive (which may well be a one-off)

Great hotel with a lot of character, amazing facilities (LOTS of different saunas, pool and cool rest areas), attentive and professional staff which looks after your every need and insanely good food!! Oh! And the ski room plus transfer to the two main ski lifts, plus you can buy ski pass at the hotel. Five stars all round.
