Das Personal an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit – das möchte ich positiv hervorheben. Die Zimmer sind modern eingerichtet, wer einen Boxsack und eine Sprossenwand im Zimmer haben will muß unbedingt dorthin.

Beim Frühstück gibt es allerdings Verbesserungspotenzial: Obwohl es bis 10:00 Uhr angeboten wird, fehlten gegen 8:30 Uhr bereits Speck und Schinken. Auf Nachfrage wurde lediglich auf eine Wartezeit von 15 Minuten verwiesen. Dem Küchenpersonal merkte man zudem wenig Freude an der Arbeit an – für ein „Guten Morgen" reichte es jedenfalls nicht. Das kostenlose WLAN brach zudem häufig ab, sodass durchgängiges Arbeiten kaum möglich war und ich auf meinen eigenen Hotspot ausweichen musste.

Staff friendly. Parking at the premises. o.k. breakfast. Fitness equipment in room?!

Near a very busy street. The whole place has a very dated feel but the alternatives in Remscheid were no better. Probably as good as it gets.

La habitación estaba muy bien equipada. Era bonita.

En tres noches que estuvimos, no pasaron ni un día a hacer la habitación. La primera mañana no pusimos cartel para que entrasen a limpiar, pero la segunda si, y no limpiaron. De 4 habitaciones que teníamos el grupo, no hicieron ninguna.
