Die Lage des Hotels ist ausgezeichnet, die Gran Vía und viele Sehenswürdigkeiten sind bequem zu Fuss erreichbar. Das Personal war jederzeit sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Zimmer war sauber und der Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr angenehm.

Das Hotel ist etwas hellhörig, sodass man gelegentlich Geräusche aus den Nachbarzimmern oder dem Flur hören konnte.
