Breakfast was a good selection. The location was great

Seemed to be running low on hot water a couple of mornings, not cold but slightly cooler than preferred

Excellent greetings and the staff each and everyone of them couldn't do enough for you from checking in, explaining how everything works, guided tour round whole villa, to local recommendations just warm, friendly and super attentive service day and night. The Seaview room was beautiful super comfy bed, good mini bar in room good selection at breakie loved it I only checked in with intention of one night and within 20mins of being in my room I booked a extra night lovely place right next to station and short walk to old town just great.

Really enjoyed our stay. Front desk was very helpful. Morning breakfast/buffet was awesome -- and very attentive! Easy access to check in and coming in after hours. Thought the location was perfect. Will come back!!

Close to everything, laundromat, eateries, market

Very close to train station. Out of train station go right towards Il Gigante. Little store next to it to buy tomatoes, buffalo mozzarella, crackers, salami olives, wine etc. our room was big with 2 balconies. Park across street and ocean. Great breakfast. Breakfast staff was very friendly. Good find if you want to stay in Monterosso.

We were told that Italian law prevents them from turning on the a/c system. We had to open the balcony doors. While I understand and accept the concept of bringing in outside air, noise and lights kept us up all night. And there was no cross ventilation in the room to bring in outside air. We asked for a fan which helped with the temperature. But it was still bright and noisy at night.

The women in the breakfast room were charming and friendly. The location was great.

Very dated with various malfunctions. The internet did not work for the first 2 days in our room, yet the room next door the internet worked. Our heated towel rack didn’t work. The electric shades to our window would not close.
