- very comfortable and spacious room - nice and filling breakfast - very convenient parking at the rear of the room with privacy

- maybe add a boiler and some tees/coffees in the room

Linet机场不算大机场，因为早起5点要去赶飞机，酒店帮忙订了taxi，服务很好，房间也很漂亮整洁，很舒适的住宿体验。ps.不要想着步行去机场，不实际。

Only food available was breakfast. Lunchtime you're given a takeaway pizza menu like you get through your letterbox and told to order and get a taxi delivery. This is supposedly a 4 star hotel. Restaurant not serving food and bar closed. Terrible service and arrogant staff. NOT suitable for disabled even though it says it's all on one floor. There are steps with carpet on wooden floors that are not secured down. I am disabled and fell on those stairs twice tripping on the carpet. SUMMARY no food or drink even though there's a restaurant and bar and told to order a takeaway. Was given a bill for drinks and food for €147 which was written off when I complained how could they charge for food and drinks when they don't serve any. A SCAM COMES TO MIND. I DO NOT RECOMMEND....DO NOT STAY THERE YOU ARE TRAPPED. I had to get a taxi to the next town only 2½ miles away so that I could eat and the taxi was €30 to get there and €21 to get back for a bowl of pasta costing €18 but no choice if you want to eat. So if you want to pay €69 for a bowl of pasta you know where to go! AWFUL! How that hotel got 4 stars I'll never know. It's not even July or August when much of Italy closes for holidays...it was October.

No open restaurant. No open bar. Nowhere nearby to go to only a taxi ride. AWFUL! DON'T GO THERE.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié : l'excellent accueil la gentilesse du personnel la grande taille des chambres et leur propreté une trés bonne literie la belle salle de bain le parking pour notre voiture prés de la chambre le silence et le calme général le trés bon petit déjeuner le trés bon rapport qualité prix pour Milan; réservation par booking.

la situation de l hotel dans une zone industrielle trés éloignée de tout, à part d'une bonne patisserie la distance entre l'hotel et le centre de milan, 15 kms, 25 minutes en voiture pas de lignes de bus, ni tram proches
