“L’hôtel a exigé l’empreinte de ma carte bancaire pour une caution ‘en cas de dégâts’, sans préciser le montant ni la durée du blocage. Le dîner annoncé jusqu’à 23h nous a été refusé à 22h40, sans aucune mention de limite de commande. De plus, le plancher est très bruyant : on entend fort les gens d’en dessus marcher tard dans la nuit. Nous étions une famille avec bébé, et l’accueil s’est révélé peu transparent.”
