Very friendly manager and extremely helpful. The hotel is so close to the center and yet so quiet at night. Breakfast was good enough for me and I eat a lot! Lots of extras like access to beer, wine and water (if you are so inclined). For the energetic there is even bike hire. I whole heartedly recommend Ai Cipressi without hesitation.

"Ótima localização - Muralhas"

Hotel é muito bem localizado muito perto das muralhas(cidade velha) uma quadra á pé. Os quartos são um pouco antigos, móveis e roupas de cama poderiam ser melhores, mais estava limpo. Possui estacionamento. Café da manhã está bom com boas opções. O atendente super atencioso tentava falar em português/inglês com o google tradutor e deu muitas dicas da cidade.

Ottimo bed & breakfast, pulito, bella camera, peccato il bagno ancora con la vasca datata, parcheggio in loco, posizione eccezionale per visitare Lucca, a poche centinaia di metri dalle mura.
