L'Hôtel Particulier

Wifi is bad in second floor's room, bet is not flat(uploaded picture), bed is not comfortable, I couldn't have good sleep for the whole night. If the price is cheap, i can endure, but price is very expensive compared to the small town, I have to rate negatively.

The property was beautiful. The location was fantastic. Antonio was so helpful!

They didn’t tell us we were allowed to turn down the wrong way on a short one way street until the last day. Also, they have some minor plumbing issues to work on.

Nothing! We are still waiting for our refund. This hotel was so bad we decided to leave.

The heating was not working and we waited 5 hours for it to be fixed. It was not and there was no other room. The bedroom was stark with no luxury. Drinks came without knibbles or biscuit. We messaged 10 times awaiting our promised refund and have been ignored.

I really love this hotel. Exquisite decor and gardens. There is a great afternoon tea with cake and fruit. The staff were all so helpful and delightful. I was sad to leave this hidden gem.
