Osoblje je izuzetno ljubazno i pristupačno. Hrana u hotelu je raznolika, ne ponavlja se i za svakoga ima po nešto. Uz to, sve je pripremljeno na zavidnoj razini nije samo napravljeno da ima već je zaista ukusno i kvalitetno za razliku od drugih hotela iste klase. Sobe uredne i prostrane, garaza dostupna što je veliki plus u Opatiji. More i plaža direktno ispred hotela. Hotel svojom lokacijom nudi brz pristup centru Opatije (3minute) i svim sadržajima ondje (ljekarna, konzum....).

Great staff

Its written minibar. But its empty. At the reception they told me that we musk ask in advance for the minibar to be filled. This is written nowhere on the site .

Nice seafront location at the heart of Opatija. Nicely designed hotel, good vibes, and view. Good breakfast. Attentive and friendly staff, cleanliness. Good value for money.

Difficult access to the sea: one floor up from the pool, long stairs down to to lungomare, then further steps (and then 25 euros per person per day for a sun bed and 10 euros for a towel.) A bit of decay is looming - small mechanical and maintenance problems are surfacing.

"Guter Service, enttäuschendes Spa und hohe Nebenkosten."

Die Lage war schön, kein direkter Zugang zum Strand, nicht gut angebunden. „Hotel Strand „ sehr klein auch die Schwimmarea sehr klein. Alles musste man zusätzlich bezahlen wie z.B. Liegen, Sonnenschirm 50€ Tag, Park Garage 30€/Tag usw.

Das Wellness Spa Angebot dass nicht vorhandenen war, trotzdem beworben wird. Überteuerte Massagen Thai 60 min.103€, günstiger ist es in 5 Sternen Spa. Außerdem nur noch Gesichtsmassage oder Sauna. Sehr wenig.

Enorm fijn en luxe hotel. Alles is tot in de details uitgedacht.

Wij hebben er 1x avond gegeten. Helaas was het een lopend buffet en was het aanbod ook niet groot.
