"Altstadtnahe Unterkunft in Verona"

Ordentliche Lage.Kurzer Fußweg zur Altstadt. Alles " antike Möbel" Größe Zimmer.

Klimaanlage fiel am ersten Abend aus,als Rezeption nicht mehr besetzt war.26,5 Grad war zum Schlafen zu warm - wenn man Airconditon Bucht.Keine Entschuldigung oder Angebot Gutschrift. Im Bad funktionierten ( bis zur Reklamation am Folgetag) nicht alle Lampen,dadurch Recht dunkel.

"Great location close to the old town"

The apartment was clean and comfortable and in a great location.

The night manager was a little abrupt when we tried to enter after hours as we apparently used the ‘wrong’ entrance. Perhaps communication could be made clearer at check-in.
